The Empower & Elevate Retreat is designed to help women connect with their inner power, cultivate a sense of grounding, and tap into self-love. Throughout the weekend, our guests will have the opportunity to start or deepen their yoga practice, explore various mindfulness techniques, and engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded women.
Your self-care package includes the following:
An all-inclusive weekend just 2.5 hours away from NYC in a beautiful estate with a hot tub, indoor pool, and over 13000 square feet of space to spread out and relax. The weekend begins on Thursday evening with a welcome dinner and ends with a farewell breakfast on Sunday morning.
- Daily yoga and meditation
- Wellness activities
- A guided hike
- 8 delicious meals prepared by an in-house chef
- A guided full moon release ritual
- A gift bag
- Much-needed time to relax and unwind.
We designed this retreat with beginners in mind. If this is your first experience with yoga, or attending a retreat, know that this is a safe space for you to explore without judgment. The best part is that you will be surrounded by like-minded women who are all here for the same purpose!
All you need is a positive attitude, an open mind, an appetite, and a yoga mat.
There are many options to choose from, including private rooms and shared rooms.

A licensed massage therapist will be onsite for massages for an extra fee.
