Nadege Vidale is a multi-passionate creative, yoga enthusiast, and retreat leader who loves to promote wellness and bring people together. As a Brooklyn native born to Haitian immigrant parents, she quickly adopted a “work hard until the wheels fall off” attitude with no time allotted for self-care. Ten years into her Athletic Training and Physical Education career, burnout was inevitable. Nadege turned to yoga to slow down, carve out time for self-connection, and heal from past traumas. This self-love journey led her to Rishikesh, India, where she participated in a month-long yoga teacher training program and earned her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Certification. Upon returning from this transformational experience, Hope Asana, LLC was born with a mission to spread hope through the practice of asana (yoga poses). The message is that self-love and acceptance are the keys to navigating the world through a lens of hope and positivity.
