The Empower & Elevate Retreat is designed to help women connect with their inner power, cultivate a sense of grounding, and tap into self-love. Couples Yoga Date Night

Get ready to laugh, move, and be challenged with partner yoga poses that will leave you feeling more in tune with each other physically, mentally, and spiritually. The poses are beginner friendly. Plus, the playlist will have vibing and singing out loud! Be sure to bring plenty of water and a towel to cool down after this steamy flow.  Then stay awhile to mingle and enjoy some bubbly and sweet treats:)

Please bring one mat per couple. We also have mats available to rent for $3. Spots are limited, so reserve yours today!

Starting Sunday, April 2nd at 10 AM, join us at Sankofa Haus for a gentle and rejuvenating yoga and meditation experience. This 60-minute Hatha-style yoga class will begin with a warmup followed by a journey through various poses that will stretch, strengthen, and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Each class will end with deep relaxation, meditation, and an intention setting for the week ahead.

What to bring: Mat, towel, water, and positive vibes.
